Exchange & Replacement Policy

1. General Policy: No Returns, Exchange Only To ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers, we operate on a strict "Exchange Only" policy.

  • All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Because we sell personal care and grooming products (like Hair Straighteners and Serums), we cannot accept used items back for hygiene reasons.

2. Eligibility for Exchange (Free Replacement) We will happily provide a Free Brand-New Replacement if you receive a product that is:

  • Physically damaged during transit.

  • Defective or not working upon arrival.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

3. MANDATORY Unboxing Video Rule To be eligible for an exchange, you MUST provide a proper unboxing video of the package.

  • The video must clearly show the shipping label, the seal being opened, and the condition of the product inside without any cuts or edits.

  • No Unboxing Video = No Exchange.

  • Why? This policy is strictly enforced to verify genuine claims and prevent fraud.

4. Reporting Timeline You must report any damage or defect within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

5. How to Request an Exchange If your item is defective, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at minoindia74@gmail.com.

  2. Send your Order ID and the Unboxing Video.

  3. Our team will verify the video within 24 hours.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (free of cost) and ship your replacement immediately.

6. Cancellation Policy Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched/shipped, it cannot be canceled.
