SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES We offer shipping to almost all pin codes in India.

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping fee of ₹80 is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders. [Remove this line if you offer Free COD]

Estimated Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

SECTION 3 - ORDER TRACKING When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at minoindia74@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

SECTION 4 - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS In the rare event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at minoindia74@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
